This log provides documentation of community project activities that evidence appropriate experiential learning experiences. Following each experience, the student will document activities including both challenges and successes. Description of project experiences can include, but is not limited to, activities described on previous pages in this guide. Description provided of each hour should be specific and detailed.
This form must be completed and submitted to the designated Canvas link along with your project and evaluation forms by Sunday of Week 7 of the course.
