I appreciate this discussion, and medical errors continue to cause many fatalities, understanding the systems and flow we work in can make an enormous difference.
As you learn more about facility design you will see how we can design facilities that can make a difference, one important one is understanding the flow of clean to dirty. Many of these hospital deaths occur because of infection transmission which can be mitigated with evidence-based design processes.
