Make a clear and brief explanation of the KWL.

K-  what you already know about the topic.

W-  what you would like to know more on the topic, how does the topic reinforce or challenge what you already know about the topic. Compile a list of questions based on what you've determined you want to know. Also elaborate and tell why you find these specific topic intriguing. 

L-  Answer the questions you posed, write down the main ideas you know and learned, as well as what you found surprising, controversial, or hard to understand. consider creating an outline of the main point and explored more on what you have learned from the topic.
