Reflecting on your goal and aspirations, locate a current article (from the last 5 years), summarize the relevant details, and explain how details from the article are applicable to consulting skills or practice.

Part 3
Describe a case study that you will use for the assignments in Week 5 and Week 9.
Your case study should clearly describe the business need or challenges, the future-state vision or desired outcomes of the consulting work, and key players such as sponsors, stakeholders, and end users.
You may draw inspiration and details for your case study from your current or previous workplace.
Your consulting case study should have practical applications in an area of interest or importance for you. Consider these examples:

Sports-performance consultation: consulting to athletes or sports teams, team-development consultation.
DEI consultation: organizational consulting on a specific change initiative.
