Consider a notable example of a project in your work or personal life that failed specifically because the initial scope, schedule, and budget estimates were inaccurate.
Briefly describe the project; state what you think went wrong with respect to the estimate, what problems the faulty estimate caused, and what you recommend that should have been done instead.
