Your supervising attorney has asked you to summarize the research you found on funding issues in a letter to the client. (Your research was conducted with this weeks course project Research and Prepare Memo.?) You should explain to the client the duties the attorney has to the client to maintain confidentiality, as well as ways in which the attorney will maintain that confidentiality in light of the third party funding.
Format:
Your letter should be a professional letter to the client. It should be approximately 2 pages in length, with proper formatting, spelling and grammar.
