• Include the strengths or benefits and potential weaknesses or limitations of each in addressing the needs of a diverse student body.
• Explore the characteristics of a successful authentic or servant leader you have experienced. Provide examples of how this person supported an inclusive school setting.
• Recommend how to effectively apply a combination of both approaches within an educational setting of your interest to promote diversity and inclusion.
