The team objective is to analyze an organization to explore its management practices and issues. The team will conduct research on each identified area to base their recommendations for improvements to the Company. The assigned organization will be a large organization (profit or non-profit). You may use the company's website, financial records, annual reports, interviews of management and other public sources to gather the information for your report. You may also conduct research to identify suggestions using scholarly sources.
