Instructions:
You are employed as a contractor retained as an assistant in document review because of your legal education. During your contract period, you are asked to assist on a matter outside of the document review. The client needs someone to break down the legal concept of recklessness for some corporate clients. Create a video or narrated ppt.
In the video presentation, you will detail the legal concept of recklessness. Specifically, you will define recklessness and detail what composes a reckless act or action. Additionally, you will give examples of what would constitute recklessness from a legal standpoint. Finally, you will suggest potential ways to avoid unintentional tort claims in terms of recklessness.
The video presentation will be approximately 5-7 minutes in length. Use a manageable video format that can be viewed successfully. You can also use a PowerPoint presentation as part of the delivery if you have the technical expertise to do so. Also, make sure that the video presentation is professional in nature, including your attire and background.
