Conduct a literature search to identify five or more scholarly works (i.e., articles in professional journals, chapters in scholarly books, etc.) that define, discuss, and describe evidence-based social work practice. You may use articles and assigned readings from this class, as well as the Encyclopedia of Social Work.
In your paper, use these sources to answer, “What is the definition of evidence based practice?” Then, compare and contrast definitions of evidence-based practice (i.e. evidence-based practice vs. evidence-based treatments/interventions/programs). Discuss major concepts and their relevance to the field of social work.
This paper should be approximately 2-4 pages, written in APA format (Times New Roman, 12pt font, double spaced), and contain a title page and References page. Refer to the grading rubric as you write your paper. Please turn in your paper to Canvas by the posted due date.
