• Identify three action steps/goals that will strengthen your self-reflection as a leader.
• Include detailed plan that includes strategies that will be used.
• Identify when this will be completed.
• Explain how you will hold yourself accountable for implementation.
• Identify potential barriers. 

Part 2: After completing the Compass Point Template, write a 2 to 4-page reflection that integrates your response to each one of the points.
