Chart Assignment 

Using your forecast from the previous assignment create the following charts:
• A column chart for Occupancy % for January 1st -7th
o Chart Title should be “January Occupancy 1st-7th”
o Category x axis should be “Date”
o Category y axis should be “Occupancy %”
o Remove Legend (if applicable)
o Include the “Value” as a data label 
o Save the chart as a new sheet called “Chart 1”
• A pie chart comparing Transient Rooms Revenue, Group Rooms Revenue and Food & Beverage Revenue totals for Jan 3rd.
o Chart Title should be Revenue Sources
o Category Labels should be Transient Rooms Revenue, Group Rooms Revenue and Food & Beverage Revenue.
o Include “Value” & “Percentage” as data labels 
o Save the chart as a new sheet called “Chart 2”
• A line chart comparing Transient Room Rate and Group Room Rate for Jan 1st–7th.
o Chart Title should be “Room Rate Analysis”
o Category x axis should be “Date”
o Category y axis should be “Rate”
o Change Series 1 label to “Transient”
o Change Series 2 label to “Group”
o Category x axis labels should be 1 thru 7
o Include “Value” as a data label
o Save chart as a new sheet called “Chart 3”

Save your file as “Chartsfirstlastname”
