Collaborate with community members, community liaisons (My liaison is Pastor Bernette, the community leader and church pastor of the church I’ll be conducting my project), and/or members of health care team regarding your project. Utilize this Week 5 template to guide a short interview with your liaison. Relate how they will be helpful in implementing your project.
