Goals:
1. Analyze the designed employee training through the design elements.
2. Generate the elements of the employee training design from the designed training program (ONBOARDING).
Outcomes: All the questions have to be answer based on Onboarding training.
1. Generate potential conditions to ensure that employees are receptive to training through this training program, as well as the data used to determine the tasks in which employees need to be trained.
2. Design an action plan to enhance learning and transfer of training.
3. Choose the appropriate evaluation design based on the characteristics of the company and the purpose of the training.
4. Describe how technology is or might be used to enhance the training program.
5. Proposed a self-directed learning module for any subject included in the training program.
6. Discuss the potential legal issues that relate to training.
