18 Mar Discussing A Popular Philosopher’s Views
The Instructions for this essay are attached. Please read it all. Do not skim the instructions before writing this. You will be doing this essay on Thomas Hobbes. Choose one of his popular philosophical views/ideas and discuss it according to what the instructions say.

****I am attaching an source which is from a different philosopher (Rousseau). You may or may not use this to contrast Thomas Hobbe’s views. If you don’t think you need it then don’t use it (it might help you for the objection part of the essay, though). I believe Hobbes is popular for the “social contract theory” and that is what the sources talk about so you’ll probably be forced to talk about his view on that.
