Emily (age 34) has come into the agency for help with anger management at work. Her boss has asked her to get help as part of the Course of Action Plan (CAP) policy in the department. Emily has 8 weeks to provide proof to her manager that she is working on goals to better manage anger at work.
Imagine you are Emily’s social worker assigned to help her set attainable goals and objectives to meet her overall goal of managing her anger. You must develop a plan as well as a contract for Emily that will help her meet her overall goal.
Part Two: Contract Development
