Imagine you are nearing the end of your degree program and have been chosen to deliver a speech at the commencement ceremony in Denver. Congratulations! Through your coursework, you have identified your leadership style. As you begin to prepare your speech, think about how your leadership style has been an asset. Describe your leadership style and how it has benefited you as a person, a professional, and a student. What are the pros and cons of your leadership style?
Your completed assignment must adhere to the following parameters:
Be a 2 to 3-page paper (not including title or reference page) or a 3 to 4-minute video or 5 to 6 slide PowerPoint presentation including voice-over.
Using PowerPoint with Media tab, audio is recommended.
