It is important that a director of any department embodies specific qualities and skills. As the chief executive officer (CEO) of a hospital, you and the hospital’s board of directors are interviewing candidates for a department director position. The ideal candidate must have experience and mentoring abilities to train their future employees. Before you begin the interview process, you must prepare a list of the skills and characteristics a qualified candidate needs to possess.
Create a word cloud using keywords that represent the skills and characteristics of a leader. You may use research from sources, such as the course textbook, weekly readings, and online resources. Share your word cloud and describe why you chose the skills and characteristics of a leader that are included in your word cloud.
