This week, research different domestic violence treatment modalities. Look at both victim treatment and perpetrator treatment. In your journal, discuss what you have discovered and address the following:

• Did you find any mentions of ethnicity-specific treatments?
• Did you find analyses of different types of abuse being treated in different ways?
• What do you think of the idea of specialized domestic violence treatment? How can you apply this idea to your current or future practice?
