Propose a solution to a problem that utilizes a health information system. Assume your proposal has been accepted by the board of trustees of your facility, and use the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to describe the steps you would use to implement the system. Include the following:
a description of the organization,
the problem your proposed system will solve,
a description of each phase of the SDLC and how you would use it to implement your proposed system, and
the members of your organization who would be involved in each phase of the SDLC.
