To build a strong and lasting team culture, one needs to make a decision on what
he/she wants that culture to be. Therefore, there is a need to define expectations the
team and set an example by living up to the organization’s values. This way, the
individual will be able to work with the team to continue to mature and cultivate the
organization’s culture moving forward.
