The purpose of this discussion board is to reflect on and describe how you would like to be evaluated as a coach. There are 2 parts to this discussion.

Part 1: Using the worksheets in chapter 10, summarize how coaches should be evaluated and discuss the practical considerations for conducting coach evaluations. Identify at least one of the program evaluation tools from table 10.1 in the text that you would like to be used when being evaluated. Why did you choose this instrument? How does this fit with your philosophy?

Part 2: How might you use this as an athletic director? Using worksheet 10.8 and providing a specific situation, which approach will you use? Why? Which approach do you consider to be least effective? Why?
