I need assistance with an assignment for Developmental Psychology.

Choose a random person, or make someone up; not a relative; a "friend" or "friends child". Then complete a developmental assessment of a said person and compare them to established norms, developmental milestones, and theories and determining which developmental tasks have been met and unmet.
