Assignment Instructions

Select a real healthcare organization. Write a 2-3 page briefing to the CEO related to your analysis. Your PESTLE analysis should include (1) Political, (2) Economic, (3) Social, (4) Technological, (5) Environmental, and (6) Legal components that define weaknesses and opportunities that can help ensure growth, sustainability, and risk mitigation of the organization.

Based on the PESTLE and market analysis, write a 1-2 page executive summary on how to utilize this information to increase market share, approach workforce planning, and improve financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the organization. Be sure to use a minimum of two KPIs.  Make sure to follow APA 7 for the attributions and document development.
