How can organizations maintain compliance to legal regulations, while maintaining privacy for those impacted? Consider different industries such as government, commercial, for-profit, nonprofit, and even industries (like social media) that depend on consumer data. How do they make sure that data is kept safe and in compliance with regulations? Be sure to provide an example. Evaluate existing approaches to compliance and privacy. Discuss and describe some of the pitfalls to avoid in a compliance plan.
