The Assignment: Social Change and You Reflection

Download the Undergraduate Writing Template from the link provided in the Learning Resources. Use the “Save As” command to rename the file. Select text and type over it. Your new text will take on the same style attributes as those in the template.

Write 300–500 words to answer the following. Your responses should be in paragraph form: 

• Briefly describe what or who the Spotlight on Walden story is about, why you chose it, and how it illustrates an example of social change.
• What does social change mean to you? Do you see yourself and your experiences, values, and goals reflected in Walden's philosophy of social change? If yes, why? If not, why not?
• What can you do with your chosen field of study to make the world a better place? How can education and technology contribute to these efforts?
