Critically consider the challenges you faced in becoming familiar with the simulation, determining future operating decisions, and analyzing the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats faced by HISCO. Also, outline your initial 3–5 concerns and 2–3 strategies for how you will approach learning all the new things about the simulation, HISCO, and the environment given such a steep learning curve.
