In light of the lack of uniformity of licensure and certification standards throughout the United States, what ethical issues do professionals face if they relocate to practice in another state?  Take a look at the counseling compact legislation that is developing over time at CounselingCompact.org or the American Mental Health Counseling Association or American Counseling Association has information on the counseling compact.  Consider the pros/cons and risks to providing telehealth services to clients other than your "home" state of Illinois for your LPC or later LCPC.
