One way to do this is to think of yourself as a consultant who has been hired to address the issues in the case. How would you explain the issues and marketing solutions to your client? What alternatives would you propose? What solutions would you suggest?
If the case is more about evaluating the strategy used (e.g., the Andre Rieu case), then answer the questions using your knowledge of marketing and marketing strategy.
