You will write a Project Management Plan with at least 3 sources in APA format that builds off of the draft plan that you developed in the formative assessment leading to this Project. For this deliverable, imagine that you are an organizational leader in a higher education or corporate environment, and you have been tasked with applying contemporary leadership models or theories to enhance the effectiveness of your organization, while considering a global context.
