Research and analyze the relationship between a P5 nation and a non-P5 nation with which it has had a significant political, economic, or military dispute in the last 10 years.

Instructions 

• Select one of the P5 nations (United States, Russia, China, United Kingdom, or France).
• Identify a non-P5 nation that has had a significant political, economic, military dispute in the last 10 years with the nation you have selected.
• Research the cause(s) of the dispute, how the international system and other nations responded to the dispute, and how the dispute was or wasn’t resolved.
• Should be 400 – 500 words, plus the title and reference pages, that explains the origin of the dispute, how the international system and other nations responded to the dispute, and the role that power relationships play(ed) in the dispute. 
• Conclude by discussing how the dispute was or wasn’t resolved and the impact that it has had on the behavior of the international system and other nations. 
• Cite at least five credible primary and/or peer-reviewed scholarly sources to support your analysis.
