You may link your proposed topic with your current internship, employment, or previous work in another course that may be expanded on for the capstone project in this course. Your instructor will provide feedback to help you refine and focus your proposed topic.

Examples might include financial challenges, implementation/operationalization of new legislation (such as the No Surprises Act), patient safety and quality, improving internal cybersecurity, or improving the organizational culture. Identify the target audience for your proposal, such as a hospital CEO, board of directors, etc. This assignment will help you complete Milestone One due in Module Two.
