Discussion Post Instructions

For each discussion, you will participate in two phases:

1. Initial Post (Week 1):
   
   • Your initial post should be at least 200 words and demonstrate thoughtful reflection on the topic.
   • Include at least one credible reference (such as a peer-reviewed article, academic book, or reputable website) to support your ideas.
   • It's best to post early in the week so your peers have time to engage with your ideas.
