Compare and contrast the books you have read this semester.

Your paper should include 5 parts (Introduction, Comparison, Contrast, Analysis, Conclusion):

1. Introduction

▪ Give a brief introduction to the paper, including some brief background

information on the books

2. Comparison

▪ Explain the similarities in the 3 books

▪ You can compare writing style, leadership information, etc

3. Contrast

▪ Explain the differences in the 3 books

▪ Explain the differences in the leadership styles described, etc

4. Analysis

▪ Based on the compare/contrast what book is most applicable to today’s

society?

▪ Which leadership book provides the most relevant information?

▪ What book would you recommend to future leaders:

5. Conclusion

▪ Provide a brief conclusion to your paper

▪ What conclusions can you draw having read all 3 books?

Assignment Requirements:

• 1,500 word minimum

• APA format, and the paper should contain the following:

o Running Head title page (Instructions are in the Course Resources)

o Body of paper

o Reference Page

• Sources must be correctly cited in APA format

o You MUST cite the book when you paraphrase, directly quote, or provide any

information from it

o Remember to use in-text citations and list the sources on the reference page including

the book or any outside sources

• Formal writing and third person only
