Students will learn to organize outcomes in a sample space using a tree diagram and compute the number of groupings of outcomes using permutations and combinations. 

Read all the highlighted information on pages 223-231 as well as complete the suggested Study Guide exercises #10 (page 226), #11 (page 229), and #12 (page 232).  

Submit your solutions to (section 5.3) problems #6, 10, 12, 13, 18, 25 & 26 (page 233).
