Overview

In this assignment, you will create a collection of secondary sources in preparation for your project, a proposal for a museum exhibit about a historical event or subject. Creating a collection of sources will help you find, analyze, and understand the context of historical information. Taking this step to briefly summarize each source and consider how it relates to your project will ensure you have collected credible sources that will support your ideas. Sometimes this step is called creating an annotated bibliography, and the analysis of each source is called an annotation.
