As a synthesis of the prior five weeks, each student will create an informational video presentation.
The video presentation must be a Senior Executive Level presentation to a real world
company/organization. If students are unfamiliar with that style of presentation, they are to research it.
Application of Learning: Create an informational Youtube video or a PowerPoint voice over
briefing, which synthesizes what you’ve learned over the past five weeks. Topics to be covered
are as follow. Please include lessons learned:
o IT Project Management
o Project Management Skills & Leadership
o Project Integration Management
o Project Selection, Initiation, and Requirement
o Project Scheduling

This is an Individual assignment/midterm exam -(points will be deducted for exceeding time requirement and not following specific instructions outlined)
· Video/Presentation must be no longer than 10 minutes.
· Introduce yourself and give the date (mm,dd,yy)
· Creative and professionally developed presentations are required
· Graphics, animations, statistics, examples etc….are welcome
· Font size must be 18 and above
· Vocals must be clear, concise, and audible
