This week, you are required to produce your project Procurement Strategy deliverable. Your Procurement Strategy will define how procurements will be planned, executed, and managed throughout the life of the project. The Procurement Strategy is prepared during the planning process phase of your project. The proposed audience is the project manager, project team, project sponsor, procurement manager, and/or contract manager, and any senior leaders whose support is needed to carry out acquisition plans. Please use the Procurement Strategy Tool provided to help you produce your project deliverable due this week.

· Delivery Method and Performance-Period Requirements
· Contract Type
· Procurement Phases
