Read Living with Worry and Anxiety in this World of Uncertainty (under resources). Read Chapter 18 in you embedded textbook. Watch video on Self Care (under resources). Use information in Anxiety in this World of Uncertainty and in your textbook to discuss what causes stress in families. It should be evident from your posting that you have read the assigned readings. Then identify what causes you and your family stress in the present and what you anticipate will cause you stress in your future occupation and also in future family relationships. Build a self-care plan around your specific or anticipated stresses. Develop a posting that discusses your stress findings. Include a self-care plan. Present your self-care plan in a diagram that matches the Self-Care Plan in the video–Mind, Body, Spirit, Supportive People in my Life, I Want to Accomplish.
