Discussion Question (10 pts.)
Difficult decisions often have to be made by school administrators when the State does not generate enough revenue for the year and budgets get cut across all agencies, including education. Read the scriptures for this week (listed above) and think about purpose, team building and ethical stewardship.
When making a determination of how and where to spend money or place resources (or cut a budget due to shortfall in funding), how does “counting the cost” fit in? What other considerations must an administrator take into account when cutting a budget?
