The purpose of this assignment is to create a comprehensive treatment plan for the case study “Chris” using the PCN-535 Treatment Plan Template, incorporating identified problem areas, DSM diagnosis, goals and objectives, treatment interventions, and an analysis of the client’s strengths and weaknesses. This treatment plan will be supported by at least four scholarly sources, including course readings.
Use the PCN-535 Treatment Plan Template to design a treatment plan utilizing the Case Study: Chris document.
Make sure your treatment plan includes the following:
Problem areas identified
DSM diagnosis with specifiers
Goals and objectives to address each problem area identified
Describe the treatment interventions
Client’s strengths and weaknesses (liabilities)
Include at least four scholarly sources in your treatment plan to include the course readings.
