You were recently hired as the new Events Director of a well-known hospitality organization and was tasked with reviewing its employees’ handbook. Upon reviewing the handbook, you realized that there was no information regarding Diversity and Inclusion. Based on what you learn in this week’s lecture notes, reading resources, videos, and conducting additional internet research, provide a response to the following:
· Create a diversity and inclusion statement for your organization (no more than ONE paragraph)
· List some practices that you plan to implement that will prove the organization supports a diverse workforce
· Explain how you plan to measure and monitor the success of the mentioned practices
· Discuss at least four (4) workplace trainings you would include to help your employees establish an environment that is inclusive for all
