You are a corrections officer in the local county jail, and you have just dealt with a potentially volatile situation: someone bringing contraband into the jail. You have to use your understanding of communications to identify the potential problem, de-escalate Project One Scenario in the Project One Scenario, and then report back to your supervisor on how you communicated during this situation.
Directions
For this project, you will use the provided scenario to create a communication debrief for your supervisor. You will need to include each of the following in your debrief:
