Create your own survey that could potentially identify reinforcers for employees. When creating your survey, individualize the options to your specific organization/field. ( (Remember the items/activities on the survey should be ones that could reasonably be implemented in your workplace–avoid items that might lead to same outcome depicted on p.173). When creating your survey, examples should only be used as a guide.
How might you present this survey to employees? (i.e., How would you explain the purpose of the survey?)
How might you distribute this survey to employees?
After reviewing all of the information from the assigned chapters, discuss potential areas of improvement related to reinforcement in organizations for your own workplace/field/previous experiences. This might include points about types of reinforcers, delivery of reinforcers, schedule of reinforcers, assessment of reinforcers, etc. (Please don’t include any identifying information). Include any recommendation you might have for improving the issue.
