The plan is to select an organization and build security policies each week for this organization. In addition to the weekly policies, you are expected to explain why you build each policy the way you did. You may include that in a separate section in your response. please review the In Practice: Personnel Screening Policy section available in Chapter 6 of your textbook), and Physical Security Controls Policy (please review the In Practice: Physical Security Perimeter Policy section available in Chapter 7 of your textbook).
