Week 5: Assignment 1: Financial & Customer KPI Analysis For your first assignment, you will be completing a Financial and Customer KPI Analysis for CrushIt, a digital startup business using the provided template. If you’d like to use the data associated with your own business or one you’re interested in instead, you may but please communicate with your professor before doing so. Otherwise, you will use the numbers supplied on the data information sheet that goes along with the assignment.

Using the data from the Assignment 1 data sheet, fill in the numbers in the yellow highlighted boxes. The KPIs will be automatically calculated. Please do not overwrite the formulas in the light orange cells. You will be determining:

Net Profit • Gross Profit Margin • DE/Ratio • Working Capital Ratio • P/E Ratio • NPS • Customer Retention Rate AND • Customer Turnover Rate

The KPI formulas are also listed for your reference. After you have completed all of the KPI calculations within the template, you will type your takeaways related to the computed KPIs from the both the Financial and Customer aspects of the business below the template. Note: Choose three (3) of the five (5) financial KPIs for your takeaways and provide your rationale for choosing them.

Include a business summary of what you found. Example: What do these KPI figures say about the business in terms of its strengths, weaknesses and areas of growth/opportunity? How does the company compare to the industry and/or prior year’s performance? What is most important for your audience to know & why?
