Finally, read through the ethical obligations of defense counsel found here: https://www.americanbar.org/groups/criminal_justice/standards/DefenseFunctionFourthEdition/.

Use the standards to evaluate both of the Public Defenders discussed and the defense attorney from the podcast.  Are they all fulfilling their ethical obligations, according to the American Bar Association?  Are these standards rigorous enough or are they too regiorous?  Is there anything missing from the standards that you think should be included?  Anything you think should be removed?
