Procedure

1. Consider that you are designing the video surveillance system for the parking lot of XYZ College.

2. List the factors that you would consider in selecting the appropriate light source.

3. Select the light source that best fit your design.

4. Search on the Internet or manufacturer website to find out the spectral characteristics, beam pattern, installation and maintenance costs of your choice of light source. List the characteristics.
