The purpose of this assignment is to allow you the opportunity to explore various approaches to decision making. Please write a three-page paper (excluding cover sheet and references), using APA citation and at least two references. Discuss the following:

• Explain how to take a systems approach in making decisions (e.g., patient assignments and delegation) while ensuring alignment with the organization.

• Demonstrate a holistic approach to making decisions while identifying when to make fast decisions versus slow decisions.

• Identify how to avoid the common mistakes made in decision making by developing a checklist that can be applied for better decision making.
