Emphasize the fact that despite the fact of Central America namely Honduras is extremely visible to violence and drug trafficking/smuggling, it does not mean that it is the only places where it exists. Its just a matter of visibility, in post Soviet countries for example it also exists but being much more there secret. Why is this? What are the actual reasons behind this..etc.
